25 YOUNG SCHOOL LEAVERS TO BE TRAINED BY SAP FOR LEADERSHIP AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP), provider of enterprise software has partnered with a non-government organization, AYECI, to train 25 young school leavers.

The leadership training which will take place at the Mansard Building Victoria Island is to commence from Monday, November 17 to end on Friday, November 21.

The training is aimed at helping high performing students from disadvantaged backgrounds develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to becoming future leaders in their respective careers.

According to Ayomikun Ayuba, the company’s Channel Development Manager, he said “the initiative is part of the company’s strategies to engage the future while driving the present.”

“In order to engage the future, we must look to the younger generation and begin to drive activities that are value added to their present and future,” he reiterated.

Also speaking, the company executive mentioned that the mentored students are expected to showcase the outcome of their mentorship experience during the programme finale, using learning materials provided by their corporate mentors.”
