Application For Lagos State Undergraduate Bursary Award 2015/2016
Lagos state bursary award form 2015 is out. The Lagos State
Scholarship Board wishes to inform all indigenes of the state in
Tertiary Institutions all over the country that application forms for
the 2015/2016 Bursary Award is now available.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Evidence of indigeneship from:-
(a) An Oba and (b) Local Government Council.
2. Current letter of Admission.
3. Student’s Identity Card.
4. Birth Certificate.
5. Academic Certificates obtained.
6. JAMB result slip.
7. Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) identification card of the applicant.
8. Parents or guardian’s Tax clearance.
9. Any other documentary evidence.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Each applicant is expected to pay and obtain a receipt of One
Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) only while Law School/Maritime Academy
students are to pay Two Thousand (N2,000.00) only.
Payment should be made at the Office of the Special Adviser on Education, Block 5, Room 314, the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja.
Thereafter, scratch cards should be obtained at the Office of the Lagos
State Scholarship Board, 254 Ipaja Road, beside NYSC Orientation Camp,
Agege, on presentation of the above mentioned receipt.
Application is done online via www.lagosscholarship.org
Duly completed application forms must be submitted with photocopies
of all documents required by the Board at the interview venues.
